What is planz?
planz is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing field service workers in real time. Companies create tasks, assign them to workers, track them on a live GPS map, and collect proof of work with customer signature, photo and GPS. It works even without internet.

Is there a free demo?

Does planz work offline?
Yes. planz is offline-first — in areas without signal (basements, between buildings, remote villages) tasks remain visible, statuses change and forms are filled. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the server automatically.
How do I prove a worker completed the job?
When the worker finishes, they fill the form built by the admin, the customer signs on screen, and a photo is taken — all uploaded to the server with GPS coordinates and a timestamp. If the job is cancelled, a mandatory reason and photo are required. This leaves no room for disputes.
Does planz integrate with my CRM or billing system?
Yes. planz offers a REST API and webhooks. You can pull customers from your own system (CRM, billing, any database) via the API, and send task events (created/completed) to your server instantly via webhooks.
Does planz have a mobile app?
Yes, planz has both Android and iOS apps. Field workers see tasks on their phone, change status, fill forms, take photos and send GPS. The app supports 16 languages and dark mode.
What form fields does planz support?
The admin builds custom form templates with any field type: text, number, long text, checkbox, dropdown, photo (camera or gallery), GPS location, signature, QR/barcode. The admin also decides whether each field is mandatory.
