• Assign and manage work orders between field workers and dispatchers
• Enable real-time location tracking during active work shifts

4. Location Data

The planz app collects precise GPS location data while the app is in use (foreground). Location data is:

• Collected only when you are logged in and on an active shift
• Shared exclusively with authorized personnel within your company (company admin, operations managers)
• Used to display worker positions on the dispatch map
• Not sold or shared with third-party advertisers
• Stored securely and retained for a maximum of 90 days

You may disable location permissions at any time via your device settings, though this may limit app functionality.

The app may request access to your camera and storage to:

• Capture job site photos as part of task completion reports
• Scan QR codes and barcodes for equipment identification
• Record audio notes during field work

All media files are uploaded securely to our servers and are accessible only to authorized company users. We do not access your personal photos or files outside of the app's upload functionality.
